About NUFORSA
We are a registered road safety non-governmental organization and we have been at the centre of preventing road traffic accidents in Nigeria and around the world.
The road safety campaign was established in 2011 to create greater awareness of the potential to prevent unnecessary death and serious injury.
Our campaign has enabled work across all three major components of road safety, namely: Road, Vehicle and Behaviour.

Nigerians are nearly 9 times more likely to die on the road than in any other daily activity

Road deaths are becoming the leading cause of death in children and young adults

Over 100 people are killed or seriously injured on the road everyday
